This tryout/team placement year will make the adjustment to the mandated age group change, which will align players to a school-year age group (different from the previous birth year age group). Upon registration, you will be asked to fill out an informational form - please do this immediately after you submit your registration.

The club operates on a calendar that closely aligns with the traditional school year, with its programming officially kicking off each August and running consistently through to May. Interested players participate in a formal tryout and team placement process held every spring in preparation for the following fall season that kicks off in August. This process ensures that athletes are evaluated fairly and placed on teams that best match their skill level and development goals. Following tryouts, teams begin their practices in August to prepare for the upcoming season.

The club also accommodates players who choose to join in the middle of the year. While the primary team placement occurs during the May tryouts, opportunities exist for players to be evaluated and integrated into appropriate teams throughout the season. This flexibility ensures that motivated athletes can still benefit from quality coaching, training, and competitive play even if they start after the traditional season begins. The club is committed to supporting player development at all stages and strives to provide pathways for continued growth regardless of when a player joins.
