At Hammerheads Soccer Club, we provide full player pathways and age-appropriate curriculums and learning techniques designed for every level of the youth soccer experience - from introductory programs in our Academy to our the highest levels of youth soccer in the ECNL. Our commitment is to develop confident, skilled athletes while inspiring a lifelong love for the game in a positive and supportive environment.
Hammerheads Soccer: The Academy
U7-U10
The Academy Program is defined in our club as the younger stages of the youth soccer experience, specifically U7-U10 age groups. Players/families who join the Academy program have usually spent time in a recreational program where they learned a base skill set and an interest and excitement for the sport. The Hammerheads Academy Program answers the initial parent question, “My young child really loves soccer, what do I do?” The answer is the Hammerheads Academy Program.
Hammerheads Soccer - The Transitional Age Groups
U11-U12
The 11/12 age groups serve as a natural stage between the Hammerheads Academy and our senior / 11 vs. 11 programming. U11 and U12 players compete in a 9 vs. 9 format and in several leagues and structures. Overseen by full time staff, with guidance from an age-appropriate curriculum these age groups are an important time in a young players development.
Hammerheads Soccer: Completing the Pathway - ECNL / Classic
U13-U19
11 vs. 11 game format begins at the U13 level and continues for the remainder of a players career. Membership in the prestigious Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) helps to set standards, guide and steer these players in teams as they develop. Players in this programming often thrive in their high school environments and have ambitions to play college soccer. Over 100 Hammerheads Alumni will compete in the 2025-25 NCAA College Soccer season.
